nOTARY SIGNING AGENT
A Notary signing agent is a Notary who is specially trained to handle and notarize loan documents. For lenders, Notary signing agents are the critical final link to complete the loan. Rates are set by the Lender.
REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION
With remote notarization, a signer personally appears before the Notary at the time of the notarization using audio-visual technology over the internet instead of being physically present in the same location.
$25 for the first notarial act. $10 per additional notarial act. $20 per copy of the notarized documents or a copy of the recorded video. Each signature notarized is a notarial act; each page that needs to be notarized is also a notarial act. Contact us for a quote.
mOBILE NOTARY SERVICE
Your time is extremely valuable! Instead of spending travel time to an office or other location, we can visit you at a location of your choosing at a time convenient to you. Where some offices may be closed in the evening or on weekends, you can make arrangements for an after-hours visit with a notary professional that travels to your location.

GENERAL NOTARY SERVICES
$10 Each Notarial ActFlorida authorizes notaries to charge up to $10 for each notarial act - administering an oath, taking an acknowledgment, attesting to a photocopy, verifying a Vehicle Identification Number or certifying the contents of a safe-deposit box.

Notary Services requested outside our normal office hours and or on a holiday are subject to a $35 Emergency Fee.
